Vsaravanakumar_btech -- As a Freerice player, you’re already helping get food to hungry people. Here’s another great way, at no cost to you! If you take this short hunger IQ test, a hungry child will receive a warm meal… and you’ll learn a few surprising hunger facts. Take the hunger IQ test, then challenge your friends: In addition to testing your knowledge, you’ll provide a nutritious meal to a poor child at school, helping them concentrate on their studies instead of their rumbling bellies. Six questions, one happy child. Making a difference has never been so easy. Take a moment now to feed a child. After you’ve taken the quiz, be sure to ask your friends and family to do the same. It’s easy to spread the word. You can simply forward this email. Or, when you finish the IQ test, you can personalize your own email message. You can also share the link on Twitter or Facebook. The more people you invite, the more children we can feed together! Thanks, Marcela Manager, Online Community World Food Programme |

FINANCIAL AID: Divya A, Chennai: 25 years old: Acute kidney failure (both kidneys) needs (y)our help ...
Hi Friends,
This mail is not a forward. Please read and help whatever is possible from your end...
My(Lavanya Sekar) college friend, Deepak, has a cousin sister Divya who is a kidney patient and this is the background of that girl.
"""Divya Annadurai, my cousin sister, who was diagnosed with acute kidney failure (both kidneys) on December 2004, is now 25 years old and in 2005, her mother's kidney was transplanted to her, from when she was slowly recovering from the operation and leading a normal (though not a healthy) life till 2009. But, at that year, her new kidney, which was transplanted from her Mom i.e. my Aunt, stopped functioning too.
She is from a very poor family background. Her father is a handicap and a heart patient and her mother's health was spoiled after donating her one kidney to Divya. They are actually living next door, of the house that we own. Their daily bread and lodging are all supported by my Dad/Naresh's (my cousin's) Dad and our relatives, since, they don't have a proper income. She is still managing her hospital expenses and transportation charges by the help of some good hearts, extending their helping hand.
Recently, doctors did "Fistula Operation" on her left hand and she will have to wait for another Donor for a Kidney transplant operation again. So till then, she is undergoing 6 to 8 cycles of "Dialysis" every month to live, which is a temporary replacement, for dead kidneys. It is costing > 8000 rs/month & in addition to this, her monthly medicine costs around another 2000 rs, which is way beyond our contribution.
I will be very grateful, if you show your mercy, by either donating money (Rs.100 to any amount would help) or referring me to your friends or organization where I can get help. Please show some light on her darkened life....""""""
If transfering, please mention as “To Divya_” while transferring and send me a mail with your contact detail. Divya would want me to reach you personally and express her sincere gratitude.
